WHO SHOULD DO BIKRAM YOGA?

Regardless of your fitness level, if you want to improve your health or simply feel good in your body, Bikram yoga is for you. The series is designed for beginners as well as experienced practitioners so previous knowledge of yoga is not a requirement.

As you continue to do Bikram yoga and deepen your practice you will notice how it evolves, adapting to your new level and needs. Although every class may feel different, you will always leave balanced and refreshed. In particular, Bikram yoga may help with the following:

  • headaches and migraines
  • weight loss
  • controling cholesterol levels
  • cross training and sports conditioning

WHAT TO BRING
90 minute classes are designed
for all students from beginners to experienced. Bring a large towel,
a mat & water. Be prepared to
work hard, sweat and enjoy!

PROVISIONS
Towels & mats are available
for a $1 rental each. Water-$2.50,
Vita Coco (coconut water)-sm/$3.50,
lg/$5. We have yogawear in addition
to Bikram's and Rajashree's
CDs & Bikram Books.
